Scholarships are available for team members. Rian Puckett is the incoming coach of the Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) women’s basketball team. Puckett comes to Dyersburg State after one year as head coach at Mid-Continent University in Mayfield, KY where he lead the Lady Cougars to a 9-22 overall record while playing in the tough, TranSouth Conference. Coach Puckett has a master's degree in Education from Bethel College. He lives in Eaton, TN with his wife, Michelle and their two year old son, Colby.
“We are excited to have him here at Dyersburg State," said Alan Barnett, DSCC Athletic Director. "I think we are all going to be pleasantly surprised with the job that he does.
