The DSCC Human Resources Office is responsible for the administration of compensation, benefits, records, employee relations, and employment for staff and faculty at the College.

Student Employment
Student Employees are any personnel whose primary purpose for being at DSCC is to be enrolled in an academic program of the institution or school. Student employees are considered temporary employees.
