At left - Dr. Bowyer accepts a check from AT&T As a state institution, DSCC remains one of the very most affordable means of higher education. Nevertheless, many of our students still find the cost of college beyond their means. It is through the generous donations of many companies, organization and individuals that many students are able to attend Dyersburg State. In fact, over 50% of our students receive some sort of financial aid. In addition, through generous giving, Dyersburg State has been able to offer state-of-the-art programs and provide facilities which we would not be able to afford through state funding. A perfect example of this is our new nursing classroom located in the New Academic Building at the DSCC Jimmy Naifeh Center at Tipton County. By investing in scholarships, the college's physical plant, or in specific programs, you are investing in the future of our area. All gifts - in any form for any purpose - enter through DSCC's Office of Institutional Advancement where they are recorded, acknowledged and appropriately distributed. The Office of Institutional Advancement can assist you in making a gift to the college or answer any giving questions you may have. There are many naming opportunities available. Please contact Tina Morris, Vice President of Institutional Advancement, at morris@dscc.edu or 731/286-3346 for more information.
