Quick Start - Registration Information DSCC subscribes to the "open door" policy, which means DSCC encourages anyone who desires to attend college to apply for admission. Courses completed at DSCC transfer to all other accredited institutions of higher education. The College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). DSCC is one of 19 higher education institutions in the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) system. Applying for college is a big step; the DSCC Office of Admissions and Records wants to answer your questions. On the Dyersburg Campus, come to the One Stop Center, which is located in the Student Center or call the One Stop Center at 731/286-3350. In Gibson County, call the One Stop Center at 731/855-1419; in Tipton County, call the One Stop Center at 901/475-3100.
