College graduates who do not wish to work toward a degree at Dyersburg State may enroll as a Special Undergraduate Student by meeting the following requirements:

-- Submission of a completed Application for Admission (Apply Online). 
A $10 non-refundable application fee will be assessed at the time of initial enrollment.

-- Submission of college transcript indicating date degree conferred.

-- Unless exempted under Tennessee Code Annotated, proof of immunization with two doses of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella vaccines, administered on or after the first birthday, is required for attendance to all universities and colleges with an enrollment of greater than two hundred students. Non-exempt students who do not provide the required proof will be restricted to 11 credit hours. 

 -- The General Assembly of the State of Tennessee mandates that public or private postsecondary institutions provide information concerning Hepatitis B infection to all students matriculating for the first time. Tennessee law requires that such students complete and sign a waiver form that includes detailed information about the disease.
