The DSCC Obion County Training and Education Center is located in Union City and develops business, community and educational partnerships. Training is offered on a regular basis in a wide variety of subject that may lead to the attainment of a technical certificate.  These programs are developed and overseen through DSCC’s Office of Continuing Education.
