| Associate of Science - Medical Oriented Concentration |
|
The Medical Oriented concentration includes the areas of basic health professions, such as medicine, dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, dental hygiene, and physical therapy. This concentration permits the student to acquire foundation work in the basic arts and sciences as a prerequisite for professional courses to be completed after transfer. The courses of study that make up the concentration should be selected in conjunction with a faculty advisor and will be dependent upon the program requirements of the institution to which the student plans to transfer. To facilitate success in this program, all students should enroll in ORN 1010 during their first semester at DSCC. Program Requirements
