How To Reset Your Account Password

1. Go to https://accounts.dscc.edu
2. Click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ button.
3. Input username and click ‘Continue’
4. Answer the questions presented to you on screen.
5. Enter the letters and numbers you see into the text box below it (CAPTCHA verification), then click 'Continue'.
6. Enter your new password, along with password confirmation, following the Domain Password Policy Requirements.
7. Enter the letters and numbers into the text box below (CAPTCHA verification), and click ‘Reset Password’.
8. Your password will be reset and you can return to MyDSCC or other network resources and log on.
