Reducing Stress

Stress is unavoidable; it comes to us everyday through school, work, and our relationships and other activities.  The goal is not to avoid stress altogether but to address it by not allowing too much into our lives, understanding that a certain amount of stress actually helps us do our best, and balancing what stress we do experience with rest and relaxation.
