The Help Desk at Dyersburg State provides technical assistance for issues with MyDSCC, DSCC eLearn, online tutoring, resetting passwords, creating ID’s, Microsoft Office, Community User Access, locating LRC materials, and using the LRC computers and printers.

DSCC Password Resets can be completed through the Password Self-Service Management System, by phone, or in person. For security reasons, only the student may request a password reset and verification of identity is required.
