Spring 2020 Catalog

Yoga

Classes are open to individuals of all levels. Open your mind and body as you enjoy developing clear and safe alignment with foundational poses. Be guided through your sessions by a Yoga Alliance certified instructor.

Yoga begins February 3, 2020 and end on March 19, 2020 and will be on Mondays and Thursdays. This class will be located on the Dyersburg Campus.

Off the week of March 9th for Spring Break.

We will also be offering for the first time, Lunch Break Yoga!

This yoga class will be on the Dyersburg Campus on Thursday's starting on February 6, 2020 and ending on March 19, 2020.

Photography 

Bring your camera and get "hands-on" experience to take exceptional photographs and learn how to get the perfect shot from professional photographer Jeff Roush!

This class will meet on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., starting on March 31 -  May 5, 2020.

Adobe Photoshop

If you are interested in digital media content creation, this class is for you! Jeff Roush, a professional photographer, will be teaching a 5-week course in Photoshop. Come learn how to navigate through Adobe Photoshop interface, work with color, use layers, utilize masks and more.
 
This class will meet on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., starting March 30 - May 4, 2020.

Canine Good Citizen Dog Training

In this group class, instructor Eric Noel will cover the basic commands of dog obedience. Group classes allow you to train your dog with the added benefit of working around other class members and their dogs. It’s a great way to meet new friends with similar interests.

Spend the afternoon learning tips and tricks for planning your special day from wedding planner Keisha Norwood.
