Tobacco Cessation

It is never too late to quit, and to "stay quit" does not have to be the insurmountable task most people think it is.  Dyersburg State is Tobacco Free, which means students, faculty, staff and visitors are not allowed to use tobacco of any kind on DSCC property except in the privacy of their own automobiles (and even then, all tobacco trash must be contained in the car).  The policy applies to both smoking tobacco and smokeless tobacco. DSCC wants to make resources available to you that might be helpful in "staying quit" or stopping for the first time.
