Tennessee state employees and their dependents are eligible for certain fee waivers and/or discounts for tuition at Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) and other state institutions. In order to request a fee waiver or tuition discount, the following form(s) must be completed and submitted to the DSCC Business Office PRIOR to the beginning of EVERY term.
