Whether you are a student, business professional, or everyday American, your ability to earn is your greatest asset and must be protected.

Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) will host a complimentary webinar through its Department of Workforce Development on Monday, May 4, that will introduce you to a financial “risk pyramid” and explain why protecting your income is the foundation on which everything else depends.

The webinar will be held live via Zoom from 6-7 p.m.

Online registration is available at https://www.campusce.net/dscc/Course/Course.aspx?c=2534. A link to the webinar will be emailed to you after you register.

The webinar will help you learn to build a strong financial foundation, prioritize what really matters, and avoid one of the most common money mistakes—starting in the wrong order. You will learn a simple, practical framework you can use.

Darrin Devault, Director of Workforce Development at DSCC, will host the webinar. Luke Miller and Jonas Stoltzfus of the Miliare Group in Winchester, Tennessee, will serve as the presenters.

Miller, a financial strategist with the Miliare Group, brings a faith-driven, values-based approach to financial planning. With over 10 years of experience in sales and customer service, he has built his career on integrity, trust, and genuine connection, enabling him to guide families and business owners in making wise, intentional decisions aligned with their goals.

Stoltzfus, an associate broker with the Miliare Group, works with families and business owners to help them take control of their financial picture with strategies designed around protection, growth, and long-term stability.

The Department of Workforce Development at DSCC provides learning opportunities through certificate programs, customized workforce training, personal enrichment, and youth programs.
