The Department of Workforce Development provides learning opportunities through its certificate programs, workforce development, customized training, personal enrichment, and youth programs.

Dyersburg State Community College is a comprehensive two-year institution serving nine rural counties in northwest Tennessee. DSCC provides educational opportunities through its home campus in Dyersburg, the Jimmy Naifeh Center at Tipton County (Covington), and the Henry County Center (Paris). The Department of Workforce Development provides in-person, online, and hybrid lifelong learning opportunities for individuals and businesses of all sizes. College for Kids: Major in Fun & Discovery

The College for Kids program encourages young learners (entering grades K through 7) to dive into exciting activities designed to spark curiosity and inspire imagination. Let your child explore new interests, build confidence, and discover just how fun learning can be – because at DSCC, you can Start HERE. Go ANYWHERE.

Half-day summer campus are offered on the main campus in Dyersburg (July 14-16), the Jimmy Naifeh Center in Covington (July 7-9), and the Henry County Center at E. W. Grove in Paris (July 21-23).
