Activities

• Collects, comprehends, combines, and analyzes data pertaining to a range of operational activities at Dyersburg State Community College.
• Maintains a historical database of this information.
• Assists with the systematic evaluation of educational programs, faculty educational support services, administrative processes, and financial and fiscal resources in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the institution.
• Acts as a warehouse for information that may be used to sustain planning, policy formulation, and strategic decision-making.
• Supports the self-study process required for maintaining accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
• Coordinates the research and preparation of data and reports for submittal to IPEDS, and to the Tennessee Higher Education Commission.
• Collects and analyzes relative data from peer institutions.
