We encourage Alumni to give back by supporting the Alumni Scholarship fund, which helps children of alumni and those in need, thereby giving back to those who deserve a quality education at Dyersburg State Community College.
Most importantly, all alumni dues are used to provide scholarships for deserving students with financial need. All fundraised dollars for the alumni scholarship fund are put towards the recipient’s college journey here at Dyersburg State.

Scholarship Fund
The members of the DSCC External Affairs oversees the Alumni Scholarship Fund. The Alumni Scholarship is for deserving students with financial need. Preference will be given to children of Dyersburg State Alumni. The number of scholarships awarded, as well as their monetary value, varies from year to year. For more information, contact the Office of External Affairs at 731-286-3356. Applications may be downloaded online below and returned by July 1 for the fall semester and December 1 for the Spring semester.
