• Directs the systematic evaluation of educational programs, support services, administrative processes, and fiscal resources to determine the effectiveness of the institution.
• Serves as a warehouse for information used in strategic planning, policy formulation, and decision-making.
• Coordinates the research and preparation of data and reports for submittal to governing bodies, accreditors, and other external agencies.
