Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) Workforce Development will host a “Lunch & Learn” program on Monday, June 22, for members and friends of the Lauderdale County Chamber of Commerce.

The program titled “Canva for Small Businesses and Marketing Teams” will be held from Noon to 1 p.m. at the Chamber office, located at 123 S. Jefferson St., in Ripley, Tennessee.

Participants are asked to bring their own lunch; drinks and dessert will be provided. Lunch begins at 11:30 a.m.

Sandy Adams of the Memphis-based Sandy Adams Creative Group will share tips on how small business owners and marketing professionals can successfully use Canva, a free web-based graphic design platform that lets users easily create professional visual materials without a design background or complex software.

Through her small business, Adams works with organizations and professionals in leadership development, branding, visual communication, and strategic content creation.

The program is sponsored by the Department of Workforce Development, the Tennessee Small Business Development Center at DSCC, and the Lauderdale County Chamber of Commerce.
