Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) Workforce Development will host a “Lunch & Learn” program on Wednesday, June 10, for members and friends of the Obion County Chamber of Commerce.

The program titled “Achieving & Maintaining Employee Loyalty” will be held from Noon to 1 p.m. at the Obion County Public Library, located at 1221 E. Reelfoot Ave., in Union City, Tennessee.

Lunch will be provided to the first 25 registrants. Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Presenter Randy Bridges, the veteran-owned founder of WRB Efficiency Group in Obion, Tennessee, will share strategies for developing and maintaining employee loyalty. Discussion topics will include constraints-based management, its positive impact on employee loyalty, and the value of employee surveys.

Bridges is an organizational efficiency consultant with 25+ years of leadership in HR operations and service delivery across federal and private-sector environments. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in leadership and a Master of Arts degree in management, both from American Public University.

The program is sponsored by the Department of Workforce Development, the Tennessee Small Business Development Center at DSCC, and the Obion County Chamber of Commerce.
