TRAFFIC AND PARKING

Vehicle Damage

DSCC is not responsible for loss of or damage to any vehicle or its contents parked or operated on the campus. We recommend removing your keys from the ignition switch when you park your vehicle, placing all valuables out of sight, and locking your doors.

Vehicle Registration

    • Dyersburg State Community College requires all motor vehicles parked on college property to be registered with the College annually and to display a permit.

    • The permit should be placed on the rearview mirror of the registered vehicle, and the permit number and expiration date should always be visible.

    • Anyone intending to operate more than one vehicle on college property must register each vehicle and obtain a permit annually.

    • Any vehicle driven on college property must be registered at the Learning Resource Centers at the Dyersburg campus, the Jimmy Naifeh Center at Tipton County, or the administrative office in Henry County at E.W. Grove.

    • Faculty, staff, and students should pick up a permit at the DSCC police office before the beginning of the fall semester.

Visitor Parking

Designated visitor parking spaces are provided. A visitor is defined as a person not enrolled or employed at the College who occasionally has business or other legitimate reasons to be at a DSCC location. Students and staff should not use visitor spaces.
